Team Shirt Info

Your JAM team will compete in style with our range of high-quality, soft-style t-shirts.

Ordering Tips:

  • Team T-Shirt: Your registration includes a UNISEX TEAM T-SHIRT in a variety of colors, featuring the JAM logo on the front. Available in unisex sizes S - 3XL.
    • Please double-check your registration on the "Sports Offered" page to see if your team qualifies for t-shirts. This will be in red font under "Promotional Notes".
  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery can take up to 2-4 weeks, please plan ahead of time to receive them for the start of your league.
  • Revision Requests: Please avoid requesting revisions in the Notes Section during checkout. Due to inventory changes, we cannot guarantee that your request will be accommodated.
  • Discount Code: Don’t forget to use your discount code at checkout! You can find it in the email we sent to the team captain. If you’re not the captain, reach out to us, and we’ll help you get started with your order.

      Shipping Tips:

      • Choose a Reliable Address: For a smooth delivery, we recommend shipping to an address where someone is present during the day. Consider using a work address or a team member’s address if they are available during different hours.
      • Package Security: We cannot guarantee package security if no one is home. The courier may leave the package outside at their discretion.
      • Track Your Shipment: Your order includes a tracking number. Keep an eye on it to ensure you don’t miss your delivery.
      • Unattended Packages: If the courier cannot deliver the package, they will hold it at their facility for up to 5 days before returning it to us.
      • Re-Shipping Policy: If your package is returned to us, a $20 re-shipping fee will apply. Please note that free shipping is only included with your initial order.

        Custom & Performance Shirts:

        • Lead Time: Please allow 4-6 weeks for production after your order is received.
        • Artwork Requirements: Ensure you upload vector artwork in one of the following formats: .pdf, .svg, .ai, .eps.
        • Note: Submitting artwork in an incorrect format may result in delays.
